General information:
cauliflower is important for its anti cancer properties. the vegetables is a good source of vitamin C, even after cooking cauliflower is also recommended for vegetarians because of its vitamin and fibre content. availble all year round.

whole or broken florets can be boiled or steamed. it can be eaten raw or used in stir fries.

selection and storage:
the florets must be firm and white with no spots, speckles or discoloration. A granular texture is a sign of poor quality. Moiture inside packaging will cause brown spotting. wrape heads in plastic and refrigerate. use within a few days.
