The Variety is a red delicious cross. It is a small to medium sized apple, with dull red-pink blush and a yellow, orange background colour. The flesh is cream coloured and the texture is firm and crisp. It is a juicy apple with a delicate aroma. The shape is flat globose. Varietyis an excellent fresh eating apple. the flesh tends to disintegrate when cooked.
