Bell Peppers

Bell peppers are sweet peppers. they are chunky in shape, but nearly hollow inside. Red and yellow peppers are square, bell sjaped with a shiny green skin. red and yellow peppers are bell shaped with shiny red and yellow skins. availble all year round.
Selection and storage:
Choose from vividly coloured peppers with smooth, shiny skins. avoid peppers with soft spots. refrigerate for up to one week at 12c.
